RB Care Services provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) services for participants who require assistance with everyday living within a shared home environment. Our support is designed around each participant’s NDIS plan, support requirements, routines and preferences. We assist with a range of daily activities that can help maintain a safe, comfortable and well-managed home.

Support may include assistance with meal preparation, household routines, personal care, medication routines, appointments, shopping and other everyday activities. Our support workers provide practical assistance while encouraging participants to be involved in their own household routines and decisions wherever appropriate. We recognise the importance of having a home environment where participants feel respected, comfortable and supported.
